By downloading, installing, or using Tap Rivals, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tap Rivals. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Remia Solutions Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tap Rivals for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Virtual currency and items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for cash. We may adjust currency balances, items, or the game economy at any time. No refunds are provided for consumed virtual currency; platform refund policies (Apple App Store, Google Play) may apply to purchased Sparks.
Your username and gameplay results are considered "User Content." By using the app, you grant Remia Solutions Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display your username and game results in leaderboards and social features within the app. You can opt out of public leaderboards in Settings → Privacy.
Global leaderboards are public by default and visible to all players. You can opt out in Settings. Friend requests are enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players.
All content within Tap Rivals — including the timing duel mechanic, graphics, audio, user interface, and all game logic — is owned by or licensed to Remia Solutions Inc. "Tap Rivals" is a trademark of Remia Solutions Inc. All rights reserved.
TAP RIVALS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, LEADERBOARD ACCURACY, OR PRESERVATION OF VIRTUAL ITEMS OR CURRENCY IN THE EVENT OF SERVICE CHANGES OR TERMINATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REMIA SOLUTIONS INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF TAP RIVALS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $0 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased currency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of El Dorado County, California.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Tap Rivals shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in court.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Tap Rivals after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
