Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle off Push Notifications. You can also go to your device's Settings → Tap Rivals → Notifications to disable them system-wide.
Yes. Sign in on your new device using the same Google, Apple, or Facebook account (or the same email address). Your profile and progress will sync automatically.

Your average timing error is measured in milliseconds — how far off from perfect your taps were on average. Lower is better. Sub-50ms is excellent; sub-20ms is elite. Keep practicing!
